Returns Policy

We try to ensure that our customers are happy with any IT purchases. If this is not the case then this section outlines how we can help you.

The items do not work on delivery

If your items do not work when delivered then you are entitled to a repair, replacement or a refund. In some cases it may be unreasonalbly costly to repair those goods, and so where this is the case, then we will give you a replacement or a refund. Please read the section below “Returning goods to us” if you need to send anything back to us.

Items become faulty after install

You can contact us if your goods become faulty within 14 days of delivery. We will then attempt to remedy the situation subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty
covering the product. In some cases it may be unreasonalbly costly to repair those goods, and so where this is the case, then we will give you a replacement or a refund. Please read the section below “Returning goods to us” if you need to send anything back to us.

If you contact us after 14 days after delivery, we may ask you to speak to the manufacturer directly. They should then attempt to remedy the situation subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty covering the product. (IT Support customers may receive assistance under the terms of their service.)

Items damaged on delivery

If items are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either refuse to accept the delivery or detail the damage on the delivery note. In addition please contact us within 7 days to notify us of the damage. We will replace items when they have been returned.

Items not as ordered

If you receive items from us that are different to those ordered then we ask that you notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Returning goods to us

  • Before returning goods, please confirm with us that this is going to be the case.
  • Make sure the goods are packaged securely and in suitably weather resistant
    packaging.
  • When posting please make sure that the delivery is signed for and suitably insured. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any equipment that goes missing.
